Lisa Mah-Chut is an expert in leading high performance sales teams and has an established reputation for consistently delivering outstanding results. With regional and global experience gained from over 19 years in executive management, sales and business development roles, her experience covers industries such as professional services, publishing, IT&T, and financial services.

During her sales leadership career, Lisa exceeded her targets 13 years consecutively, after which she moved into executive roles in marketing, strategy and change management. With over 10 years’ experience at Gartner, the worlds’ pre-eminent IT research and consulting firm, Lisa successfully led sales teams nationally and across Asia Pacific. Amongst her achievements include spearheading the Asia Pacific strategic sales team which achieved 50% growth year over year. Her strategies delivered the highest growth rates and retention in the region.

Before joining Gartner, Lisa lived in Singapore and was responsible for the Asia Pacific operation of Software Publishing Corporation. In this role, she grew the business over 500% by developing new markets. More recently, Lisa led sales transformation projects for a leading multinational sales training organisation to achieve behavioural change.

Lisa is an accomplished sales leader who understands how to build teams and create a rewarding, inspiring and high performance culture. Today, Lisa partners with clients to transfer simple, proven and effective processes to sales managers and business development professionals. She is an excellent communicator, coach and mentor who is passionate about helping people find the best of their energies and skills to deliver great results.

What do you wish you’d known when you were 25? “Whilst I have always loved working, working long hours is over-rated. In sales, the secret to working smarter is qualifying early. I wish I had known to do that then!”

What is your most prized possession? “My two Westies – Cookie and Ollie Bear.”

What’s the best journey you’ve taken? The Kimberley in Outback Australia – absolutely amazing.”
