David is an accomplished ValueSelling Facilitator, Coach, and Practitioner with over 20 years of applied ValueSelling experience. He leverages his leadership experience by guiding sales professionals to become more effective, efficient, and relevant. By exposing the principles and concepts of ValueSelling in a practical and pragmatic manner, he has become a trusted advisor to sales associates and sales leaders across the globe.
Previously, David worked for Gartner leading a global team to foster closer, mutually beneficial relationships with two of the world’s leading CPG companies. David was also a part of the global sales training organization with a focus on developing executive presence. By enhancing the field sales team’s ability to execute, David helped to drive significant qualitative and quantitative value. David consistently delivered well over 125% of quota attainment and annual research quota.
As a Visualize VP, David provides contextualized guidance on how to apply ValueSelling to accelerate business outcomes. Clients include: SOTI, Auvik Networks, VMware, ServiceNow, Mitel, Evergage, Center for Internet Security (CIS), Wind River, Visa, and others.
David enjoys cycling, golfing, refereeing basketball, and traveling.

We might never guess that… I put myself through university working underground in a mine in Northern Ontario.
First paying job? Working in my brother’s machine shop for $2 an hour
Favorite vacation? Hiking the Inca Trail on our way to Machu Picchu….truly an amazing adventure!
Proudest career moment? Hard to pin down one moment as there have been so many times when I have been fortunate to be at the center of making sustainable change happen. Seems that not a day goes by that what we do is not reinforced in some meaningful way. However, if I had to give an answer about my proudest career moment, it would be who we positively impacted yesterday.
