Dominique Hans brings more than 25 years of sales, sales management and senior management experience and success to ValueSelling Associates. Prior to joining the ValueSelling team, Dominique ran her own consulting and training company which she founded in 2005. This company specialized in optimizing sales performance by focusing on building effective relationships.
Previously, Dominique enjoyed a successful career in the IT industry in positions at Siemens Nixdorf, ComputerVision, Gartner and EMC². She excelled in the various positions she held, including sales executive, large corporate account sales manager, global account manager and sales district manager. Dominique has extensive hands-on experience in the development of new accounts and growth within existing accounts, particularly in the Manufacturing industry.
Dominique first experienced the ValueSelling methodology in 1993 and it transformed the way she approached her business, both as sales executive and sales manager. In the 9 years following her introduction to ValueSelling she exceeded her targets every year and it is this experience she is keen to share with her new clients.
Based in Paris, Dominique is building the ValueSelling business in France and is a valuable addition to the ValueSelling team in Europe. As a native French speaker she is working on engagements with France-based client organizations as well as providing local language delivery for international clients.
Dominique holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique Feminine (Paris, France) and a Master of Management degree from Paris Sorbonne University.
