Doug leverages his over 30 years of global sales and marketing experience to insure his client’s institutionalize the ValueSelling Framework, meaning it becomes the core foundational DNA of how they sell and market themselves for many, many years, if not forever. His personal experience is very diverse and includes global IT high-tech sales (ZDS, Toshiba and Dell), factory automation hardware and software (Xycom) and geographical mapping data and software (TeleAtlas, TomTom). He has successfully sold into commercial, government and education markets and his passions include new business development, prospecting, helping managers become expert ValueSelling coaches, and insuring a strong link between sales and marketing.
Doug has been personally using ValueSelling since 2001 and joined the company in 2009. Now leveraging his diverse leadership experiences to provide a finely tuned and highly customized ValueSelling solution for his clients, Doug is helping them quickly accelerate their business growth. He has trained on every continent and, so far, the most interesting place a client has sent him to train was Siem Reap, Cambodia.
