JJ has been delivering ValueSelling to global companies since 2005. His vast sales experience includes involvement in the chemical manufacturing and auto parts industries. Over his career, he has held such roles as District Sales Manager of Korea for BICSI, Global Senior Consultant for Siebel in the U.S., and Consultant to Microsoft in the Asia Pacific and U.S. regions. Clients include Cisco, Citrix, EMC, Fuji Xerox, HP, IBM, Microsoft, and many others.
JJ is fluent in both Korean and English. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Graduate School of Gachon University in Korea. JJ also established the Sales management major and department as the head professor of his alma mater.

What would we never guess about you?“I am a bass guitar player of rock band.”
Favorite airport? “Incheon airport in Korea. It is quite far from my home but very convenient.”
Proud career moment? “Setting up a Sales Management Major department in the graduate school of Gacheon University in Korea. It is the first time they used “Sales” in an academic course.”
What was your first paying job? “Consultant of Korea Management Association (KMA)”
