With more than 20 years in sales and management, Kevin worked with different multinational companies. He held various positions including sales representative, regional sales manager, sales director and spent his last 10 years as a general manager of China and AP, for three global companies. Kevin developed solid experience in sales and management in the B2B field. He brings his academic background combined with management skills into a wide variety of industries and companies including Sumitomo, Exxon-Mobile, Larox, Assa Abloy, Fredenberg group, Arkema.
Kevin is passionate about people’s learning and development. In the past 10 years, Kevin trained both internal and external clients with the key focus being on value added sales training and leadership and development program.
With profound experience in the real business environment, Kevin partnered with many international and domestic companies such as: Altas Copco, Larox filtration, Crawford solution, Shuanglin Automotive, UnitedTech, UnitedTech, George Fisher, General Motor, Bemis, Thermo Fishler Scientific, Tencent, Adobe,Werfen, and was able to customize a training program, enabling the clients to apply the learning from the program into their real business cases, and achieve the expected result of both business performance and people development.
Kevin graduated from East China University of Science and Technology, and holds a bachelor’s degree of mechanical. Kevin has also earned a MBA from Shanghai JiaoTong University.
