First thing you sold? “I worked the sales floor at Kenny’s Shoes in Detroit when I was seventeen. I won the “Salesperson of the Month” award for selling the most shoes in a single day.”


As Founder and CEO of Visualize, Scott spearheads the company’s overall strategic direction, planning and execution. Scott has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales leadership, building profitable companies. He has trained thousands of clients around the globe at corporations including Interwoven, Mercury Interactive, Motorola,, SuccessFactors and TELUS. Previously, he held sales leadership and sales roles at Clarify Inc., Dun & Bradstreet, and Extensity, Inc. at which he utilized ValueSelling to consistently exceed quotas and achieve top-selling honors.


Best superpower? “Flight. I like the idea of being able to be home in time for dinner with my kids regardless of where my day has taken me.”

Proud career moment? “I closed a multi-million dollar software deal at Best Buy, a then emerging retailer. At the time, the deal was the single largest CRM implementation in company history.”

Favorite airport? “Whichever one will put me closest to Cabo San Lucas. Did I mention I live in Michigan?”

Who do you wish lived next door? “Tim Allen. He’s funny, a fellow Michigan native, and I’d always know where to find an extra circular saw.”
