I am enthusiastic cyclist. I use 7 bikes for different cycling courses!


An account and sales management professional with 35 years of experience, Haru brings expertise to manufacturing and IT solution sales teams.

Prior to joining Visualize, Haru and his team consistently drove 115% year-over-year revenue growth during his 10 years at Gartner as Vice President of Japan Sales. These numbers resulted in several top sales honors, including the Top Achiever Award, and the #1 Continent Award for research and consulting, and total business revenue.

Haru earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and is a nationally certified Career Consultant. He loves sharing his knowledge with forward-thinking firms so they can increase their sales potential.

Haru resides in Tokyo and is passionate about cycling, tennis and his family.


What has been your favorite vacation?
Snorkeling and having local food in Miyako Island….truly an amazing trip!

What is one of your proud career moments?
Being a part of the tremendous Japan Sales growth at Gartner. In 2006 I was tasked with building the Gartner sales organization from scratch. Together with the help of a strong junior team, despite the Lehman shock, earthquake, and tsunami, we met or exceeded all sales targets.
