The Shared Risk/Gain Process

The shared risk/gain model works by aligning our fees with the performance of your sales team. If your team doesn’t achieve its targets, our fees are reduced accordingly. This means you can invest in our services with confidence, knowing that we have a vested interest in delivering results.

Step One

Identify Objectives & Obstacles

First we determine the desired outcomes such as:

  • Increased ACV or ASP
  • Higher win rates
  • Better quota attainment
  • Etc.

We then review current obstacles impeding success.

 

Step Two

Identify Current Trends

Once we refine our understanding of the objectives and obstacles, we look backward at a minimum of six quarters or 18 months of historical data to determine your current trend lines on the key metrics we will be measuring and targeting.

This allows us to gauge what the likely outcomes would be without our assistance so we can set metrics for our shared-risk targets.

 

Step Three

Identify Goals & Metrics

After carefully assessing the objectives, obstacles, and prevailing trends, we will establish benchmarks and payouts associated with each threshold.

Should we obtain a benchmark or threshold, Visualize will be sharing in your success by recovering our deferred fees. 

    Step Four

    Value Realization

    We will continue to measure progress every quarter, adjusting the plan and any potential reinforcement required to make improvements. 

    Together, we will continue to work to overachieve on the metrics and achieve higher levels of success.
