The Opportunity Assessment Guide analyzes the four key components of an opportunity to determine the likelihood that the customer will invest in your solution. This is the qualification of the Value Prompter for the key players in your opportunity. If one component is determined to be missing, or undeveloped (a "zero"), the prospect is considered unqualified until that component can be validated. This template provides guidance on how to conduct the opportunity assessments both as a sales team and a sales manager or leader. Included in this document is how to conduct a review in 2 minutes, 10 or 30 based on the level of scrutiny you would like to apply.
